Our collaboration with Marge Home Collections started from the desire to attract new customers in a constant and efficient way.   Given the artisanal nature of the products, the Marge team wanted a presentation site, not an e-commerce one. In addition to the complete development of a new site and its design, one of the most important aspects we had in mind was to structure all the information in such a way as to highlight the advantages offered by Marge, as well as to implement everything in such a way that we provide an intuitive flow that leads users to different touchpoints.
  Once we started running ads and captured a decent amount of data, we started testing different initiatives and implementing new ideas to increase the overall conversion rate within this competitive niche of bed retailers. Our collaboration continues in an active way, with the aim of reaching new goals every month and growing the brand within the market.

We opted for a warm color palette that inspires comfort, and the fonts were chosen to be easy to read and at the same time distinctive and memorable.

Our starting point

Our collaboration with Marge Home Collections started from a clear need and a specific desire for “something new”. Right from the start, they expressed interest in a new website as part of their advertising plan for 2024. The team relied on referrals and loyal customers returning for their products, expressing their desire to explore new channels through which they can attract new customers.

Our first step

Having their old website at our disposal, we did not rush, and analyzed all the information presented in order to identify different points of improvement.

We started the wireframing stage and structured each page to define a pleasant flow that at the same time would keep users interested in discovering their products.

Why not an
e-comm website?

Given the handcrafted quality of their beds,, we’ve designed a showcase website instead of a traditional e-commerce platform. We wanted to highlight the distinctiveness and superior quality of their products, encouraging visitors to explore and learn more about the unique benefits they provide.

Our intention was to create an unexpected and engaging online experience for users interested in bespoke beds, highlighting the details of each product.

Continuous optimization

Once we launched the ads and accumulated enough data, we devoted ourselves to evaluating the initial performance. This information gathering allowed us to identify which opportunities were most promising and where adjustments were needed. Based on this data, we started testing various approaches with the aim of optimizing costs and increasing the average conversion rate.

Whether it was tweaking texts, changing landing pages, or inserting new sections, every initiative was thought out to maximize impact.

Where are we now?

We are off to a promising start in our collaboration and are excited for the future. In just three weeks, we were able to reach our targets set for the second month of advertising, which gives us an optimistic outlook on our direction.
